Why We Don’t Offer Refunds or Returns
- Prepaid Arrangements: Many of our services involve pre-booking and prepaid arrangements with hotels, airlines, and other third-party vendors. These arrangements are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Operational Costs: Our pricing includes operational costs and administrative fees which are non-recoverable once a booking is made.

We are happy to assist with amendments and changes to your travel itinerary where possible, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers and availability.
